Hot Springs Hotels in Chongqing

Wow, what a luxurious experience I had staying in this hotel. The views from the room were incredible and communication with staff was great. We had a lovely night in, ordering food to our room and enjoying all the hotel had to offer (including a great projector and fridge). Thank you!!!

The hotel was easy to find outside exit 2 of Huaxinjie line 3. You can take the lift to floor 45 to check in and where your room will be. The hotel is still very new and everything in the room was up to date. The washer was also a dryer that was great. The cleaning staff were on point always cleaning and providing new towels. The bathroom drained properly and the water was warm. There were many light switches to create a mood and the view was amazing. The front desk staff were very helpful in allowing me to use the fridge at the front desk. The pillows were soft and the blanket made for an amazing sleep. The price is great for the value that was provided. The only concern was the construction that happened from 8 in the Morning till around 6 in the evening above the room. I'm sure the construction will finish soon but it was a bit mind numbing to hear drilling at 8 o clock in the morning. But overall this was a great stay.

Good nice hotel, however had a bad experience with a particular hotel restaurant employee of which we were made to look like culprits after a public dressing down from her. However, the manager in charge, Mr. Li Ping, intervened and after listening to our side of the story handled the matter very professionally and courteously and understood the matter. Mr. Li Ping is an example of how a professional a person can be and customer service is not all about just meeting customers unreasonable demands (of which were not in our case) and we were extremely satisfied at how he carried out his job. Kudos to Li Ping, and that he is a real asset to Hilton! Keep up the great job!

The towels were not delivered in time, and sometimes there was no one. I hope this can be improved. Customized travel photography: The travel photography was good, Teacher Zixuan was quite professional, and it was pretty good overall. One suggestion: the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the original design may not have considered too much, and it is not very friendly to people with inconvenient legs and feet, especially the lobby and hot springs, where there are no elevators. Because the breakfast room is on the bottom floor, the battery car can only be parked on the road, and you have to take the stairs to eat or go through the formalities in the lobby. I hope the hotel can consider upgrading it.

This is the most hospitable 民宿 i have ever stayed in. The inn care taker took the effort to settle our laundry and prepare breakfast for the whole family despite early departure at 7am. Inn is right next to the tourist center. Restaurants are readily available. Rooms were big and clean, everything looked new.
