Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. We loved the suite over downtown! It was very clean, provided everything we needed, and the second room was a luxury for our 9 month-old to sleep in. The host sent a well informed message prior to our stay. We'll certainly be checking in again.

Comfortable I like staying here because of the location. Easy to walk to most of the eating places. Clean and the beds sleep very well. Glad they reopened. Parking has improved also.

Last Minute Getaway We love staying here! We arrive and dont have to touch the car unless we want to drive to Max Patch or to the Laural River over the mountain. Everything is within walking distance.

Awesome Stay Fantastic suite in downtown Hot Springs. Very clean and beautifully set up. Very quiet. The kitchen has all you might need. The location is near everything in Hot Springs. We were so happy to see the town coming back from Hurricane Helene. We highly recommend this location.
