Our stay at the 1890 Williams House was truly way beyond our expectations. The residence, rooms, and grounds are opulent. The hospitality and generosity of the hosts and the staff exceeded our expectations and we felt like ROYALITY. It was such a peaceful and serene setting. The breakfast consisted of freshly made food with bursts of flavor. We stayed in the Williams Suite. We give Cody, Joe, and their Bed and Breakfast a 10 out of 10. Great BnB in Hot Springs. Classic home with well appointed rooms. Joe and Cody are amazing hosts. Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Fresh baked treats were put out everyday as well. There is a lot to say about southern hospitality and Joe and Cody are the embodiment of. They took the time to surprise my wife and bake her a cake for her birthday!

I can't thank Joe, Cody, and Mom enough for their incredible hospitality. I am much more accustomed to a full-service, big hotel that offers lots of amenities. However, I wanted something special for my sweetheart on her birthday, so I took the chance and booked our weekend at the 1890 Williams House. This was a Home Run in every possible way. There's no question that we received the absolute best experience, and we will be repeat customers at every opportunity. The food is superb. The accommodations are incredibly beautiful and comfortable. Conveniently located close to downtown and, without question, our best lodging experience, ever! Thank you for taking such great care of us! We can't wait to return!

We loved staying at the Williams House! We had our dog so we were in Cooper Cottage which was lovely and spacious. The main house is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding. Joe and Cody do a spectacular job hosting their guests! Ask if Joe made his Hummingbird Cake. It was amazing! They gave us lots of recommendations for eating and things to do. If you are coming to Hot Springs definitely stay at the 1890 Williams House!! Don’t miss the Superior Bathhouse Brewery. We could bring our pup inside and the food was amazing! Plus the beer is brewed with the thermal water. So good! If you’re looking for a relaxing time go to Buckstaff Bathhouse for a soak in a tub of mineral water! It was terrific! We explored the National park. Did a couple of hikes and enjoyed the town. Great place to visit!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Cody and Joe are absolutely amazing offering a tour of the house and recommendations. very inviting without being overbearing. The breakfast was superb. Softest sheets I've ever slept on.

Exquisitely restored mansion with modern amenities. We were astounded by the attention to detail in every way. The mansion was decorated in the style of the period with comfortable and beautiful pieces. Two large sitting rooms for work or game play. One on each floor. Each room was unique, all with modern and large bathrooms. Our cottage out back was a small piece of heaven. Quiet and comfortable even unseasonably cold weather. The food preparation was beautiful, delicious and customized for our needs. We were delightfully pampered by the owners in a friendly, but not overbearing way.

Our stay in the Parlor Suite was incredible! Our innkeepers were so kind and a joy to be around. The stuffed French toast, coffee, parfaits, lemon squares, brownies, and quiche were all delicious and cooked to perfection. The charm of the house and the ability to explore its halls was a huge plus. The bustling downtown area and bathhouse row are just a few minutes down the road (we walked and biked!). Our favorite pizza place (SQZBX) is only 0.2 miles! It was easy to find, parking was easy, and we had NO complaints. I highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!
