We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 12 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests! ***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets. If bringing 2 pets, you will receive a request for the second pet. ***We have two security cameras for safety reasons on the outside of the property. One is on the garage and faces the driveway, the other one is on the deck.
