Cute and beautifully decorated and clean home located close to major street and downtown Dayton, UD arena, Oregon district with easy access to suburbs as well. Beautifully renovated, maintains some old charm, incredible kitchen. Please note that this is a 2 storey home with an accessible attic and basement that are available. The first floor has the living room and full size kitchen, a coats closet. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has an office space, a playroom and available inflatable mattresses if needed.
