Hotel Cleanliness & Facilities Review Out of all things, there are many aspects that could be pointed out or complained about, but I will stress the issues listed below as they directly impact the comfort and hygiene of a guest’s stay. My stay was affected by several hygiene and maintenance issues: 1. Linen had a strange, stale (kepam) smell, suggesting insufficient laundering. 2.Towels were worn out and need replacement to meet proper hotel standards. 3.The bathtub was noticeably dirty. 4.The toilet curtain had mildew (ada tahi lalat), indicating poor hygiene practices. 5. The sofa was stained and unpleasant to use. 6.The refrigerator still contained leftover (cup water) from a previous guestclearly overlooked by housekeeping. 6. The window had greenish buildup that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. 7. Gym facilities appeared unserviced, with equipment looking somewhat neglected. However, credit where it’s due: the gym area itself was clean, which made it more pleasant to use. Although this is a 3-star hotel, I highly recommend that the management prioritize cleanliness, it’s a basic and essential expectation for any accommodation. Honestly, the only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else especially the cleanliness requires serious attention and improvement.

Buffet breakfast menu perlu ditambah baik & ditambah pilihan hidangan terutama main dishes. Lain okay.

Registration took almost an hour. One of the booked room smell smoke and got lizard. Towel

Good location. Mattress need to be upgraded as to hard.
