Premier Inn London Chiswick

Room was clean and tidy Air con was perfect it was sunny day Single towel for the whole family tea coffee for a single person whereas we paid for the whole family I have to buy toilet roll from Tesco.Not enough paper towels for the whole family Sink was blocked

Insufficient sups in the room for all occupants to have a drink at the same time; only 2 tea bags and 1 pkt of sugar in the room; no handrail for support at all when getting in and out of the bath [it was a shower over the bath tub]. It was automatic check-in so we saw no one on arrival and as the room was possibly 10 mins from the Reception Area we did not have the energy to try and find someone for help.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming at check in and this is a positive for the hotel. The room was dark and dank, showing signs of age and poor housekeeping, There was one window which barely let in any light due to facing into atrium and unable to open to allow for fresh air. One friend who visited described it as "a room where I would come to die". Queue for breakfast was ＞20 persons as no-one manning the dining area entry si gave up after 20 mins. Overall, friendly staff who were under-manned in a building badly in need of refurbishment and light...

This hotel is Really conveniently located for travel into central London. Parking is bookable at the hotel and the Tube stop is 20 mins away, and an uber is around £25-£30 if needed. Lovely local pub across the road too- very friendly and decent pub grub.

Rooms were clean and comfortable good breakfast plenty of choice all the Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Brehan Halleneskel. we travelled for a family funeral and the staff were always asking if we were ok in our time there witch was a nice touch thank you

My husband and I stayed in many Premier Inns in the last decade, and usually they are really good and clean. However this time it was not the best experience as the bathroom was run down what's not usual in this hotel chain. The bedroom was not bad.
