When we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and the facilities were complete. The service staff was warm and considerate, and the attitude was friendly. The hotel's food was also excellent and delicious. Highly recommended!

The room is good, but I don't like the black decoration, which makes people feel very depressed. The staff are very nice and don't mind the color of the decoration. It's also a good choice
Not too far from the airport, renting a car in the past about 5 minutes. The hotel's environment is good, clean and tidy, the only downside is that there is no free drinking water available. The decoration is relatively new, and the mobile phone can be charged only by the data line.
It's not that close to Rice, but since I have a car, it's not a big problem. Atlanta is congested with traffic, and the hotel has plenty of parking spaces, but they charge a fee. I don't know if they charged me in the end. Whatever.
