The Art House Hove

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. A fridge was provided with fresh milk and there was also access to a kitchenette for making snacks. The decor was very artistic as Liz is an artist. Dexter and Liz were very welcoming. There are cafes close by for breakfast and the sea is a short walk away.

We were visiting Hove to attend a friend's wedding and found The Art House on-line. It was everything we might have hoped for. The room was flooded with sunlight as we arrived, but it didn't need special lighting - the decor and furnishings were excellent, the bed was generous and comfortable, there were books on the shelf, a kettle and courtesy tray, fresh flowers in our room, bathrobes provided, and a bathroom kitted out to a very high standard. Breakfast was a delight - perfectly cooked and with ample choice. Dexter and Liz are excellent hosts - good conversation if you want it - peace and privacy if you don't. Liz's mosaics are evident in every room, and a delight to behold. The house is filled with art and artefacts - something at every turn. One of our top-rated B&B's. Try it for yourself!

Lovely hosts. Comfortable room spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great location, near a range of excellent eateries, and just a short walk to seafront.
