Whispering Waters

We have been doing timeshare for nearly 30 years and our unit at Whispering Waters was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. The linen is monographed and top quality, The aray and quality of the glasses and crockery excellent. All the staff were excellent. Will definitely want to return.

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful establishment twice. Second time was not so great.I was given contradicting information from the start regarding occupancy. I inquired about additional kids under the age of 5 staying in the four bedroom villa and was told that it would be fine but a fee would be payable for the kids. The GM then called and refused saying that they do not allow over occupancy. We came to an agreement only to check in and have the same GM call me and contradict herself saying that it would not be allowed. I inquired ( not confirmed) about day visitors- reception notified me that they would charge a fee, however the GM was against it. - very confusing and frustrating. I found the whole exchange with the GM, upon arrival, to be quiet rude and unwelcoming which is such a pity as the villa in which we stayed was beautiful and the setting, so serene.

Our first stay at this excellent timeshare. The staff was amicable and helpful. Great place for a family holiday. The accommodation is substantial and has all the amenities for a holiday. There are many attractions in Nottingham Road and the rest of the Midlands Meander. Several dams are situated on this farm property and some pleasant walls are available. A great stay.
