五一火爆客滿，和父母沒能入住同一棟樓。禮賓部的董師傅先是熱心陪同並幫助年邁的父母把行李送至房間，當我們去大堂尋找遺忘的行李時才得知董師傅發現後再次主動送到父母的房間，對這位做了好事不肯留名的董師傅，長者感動之餘叮囑一定要給董師傅五星好評。淮安是一座有温度的城市，淮安金陵大酒店的整體服務也是很周到細緻暖心，賓至如歸！在如此滿負荷工作狀態下還能保證服務質量，金陵品牌確實值得信賴👍

很好，入住前就電話來問有什麼要求，入住時候詢問當地遊玩項目，雖然不是很清楚，還是熱情的解答。房間也不錯，還送了入住小吃和水果，就是沒有護髮素。位於淮陰區，離萬達廣場近，裏運河景區近，清晏園一定要去。對面就是櫻花園哦，明年花開時候一定再來。

套房挺大，1個廳，2個房間，3個衞生間，1張大床、2張單人床。其中2個衞生間能洗澡，有1個浴缸，有小朋友的拖鞋。帶2個孩子，很方便。有贈送水果。還送了2本西遊記連環畫。
服務很好，服務人員都很友善，主動打招呼，主動幫助臨走贈送了西遊記的小盲盒和手機支架。下出租車時掉了東西，第二天找回來了。
衞生環境不錯，距離8、9百米地方，有個萬達廣場。到西遊樂園和淮安東站，打車大概都是25分鐘左右。打車很方便，車直接開到門口，下雨也淋不到。
早餐還行，就是五一期間人太多，想找個4人桌，需要等一會才行。

酒店很好，在當地應該是高星級的。酒店環境優美安靜，去市區很近，服務一流。退房時前廳客服經理季鋒先生主動問候我們入住期間，給我們拿行李，還送小禮物，服務細節做的很好，我們很滿意，下次來淮安一定還來入住這裏。

這個酒店給人印象最深刻的是感受到的是滿滿的温暖、貼心，碰到的所有工作人員都在盡己所能做好服務。到酒店之前，酒店主動打電話聯繫；到酒店主動幫我們搬運行李並送到房間，還送了歡迎水果（櫻桃西紅柿吃了一半才想起拍照）。幾乎遇見的每一個工作人員都是面帶微笑，主動、和善，提供幫助。比如得知我們要去河下古鎮，電梯裏遇見的美女主動告訴我們方便、快捷的出行方式及路線；當我們遊覽錯過適合的餐館午餐時間，一身疲憊回到酒店時，雖然酒店餐廳也是休息時間，卻根據我們需求儘可能地安排，即興創意（菜單沒有）：一人一份小炒肉澆頭的陽春麪！還沒有多收錢!是不是讓人感動？一個大大的👍🏻向所有給我們提供暖心服務和幫助的酒店工作人員表示感謝！
平心而論，酒店的設施與國際品牌的五星級酒店相比，還有改進的空間。

週末和老婆來淮安玩兩天，淮安的主要景點：總理故居、淮安府署、河下古鎮、狀元府、吳承恩故居相對比較集中，都在南邊的淮安區。白天遛了一整天，為了方便坐船夜遊裏運河，體驗“運河三千里，醉美是淮安”的夜景，晚上選擇淮陰區的金陵大酒店。這一選擇無疑是正確的，酒店隸屬金陵集團，環境優美、設施齊全、乾淨衞生，特別是服務體貼入微，處處體現出五星級酒店的底藴。特別感謝前台工作人員，安排了非常安靜的房間，床和枕頭都很舒服，讓我一個有睡眠障礙的人整夜安眠。確實很好，以後還會選擇金陵品牌。

外環境，酒店綠化做的很好，園景很愜意。
房間內，衞生做的很好，床是真的睡得舒服。有冰箱，但是冰箱基本沒製冷，所以送的銀耳沒辦法冰起來。
服務，前台經理禮儀規範做的很好，進門都會微笑打招呼。門僮大叔穿戴整齊一絲不苟。餐廳，經理很nice。今天在餐廳碰到沒素質的大叔拿公筷公夾直接在自助餐枱對着嘴吃，好惡心，反饋後經理很快把餐枱的用具換了。早餐菜品都還不錯，就是時間還是很緊張的，7點到9:30。有睡懶覺習慣的，基本就無緣了。
