晴天去，這個酒店就是無敵的，誰能想到官廳水庫邊上還能有這樣的美景。主要是不用出屋就可以又一陽台的美景，像海邊一樣。如果天氣熱還可以玩水，旁邊的媯水河生態旅遊區也非常值得一去。

【交通】自駕導航到寫有清研院的大門口，遊客入口排了至少十幾輛車，速度非常緩慢，每輛車都得詢問半分鐘，可能是在交停車費，到門口保安要求出示酒店訂單後免費放行。我們第二天上午退房走時門口照舊排了十幾輛車，這一點實在太影響遊玩感受了，流程設定的不太合理。
【設施】酒店門口有個小停車場可以停放二十幾輛車，我們過去時剛好走了一輛，保安説要不然就得停遠處了。酒店大堂很隱蔽，在兩棟樓的中間爬上二樓才能看見入口。房間是二-五樓，湖景房窗外就是水庫，景色超美可以看夕陽，房間裏面跟圖片的一樣，衞生不錯。床墊有點硬，洗澡水有點小。需要嚴重吐槽的是經常會停水，我們就住了一天，頭天傍晚，第二天一早和上午停了三次，每次時間都不短至少10分鐘以上，服務人員的説法是水泵累了需要休息，反正誰要趕上在洗澡就呵呵了。
【服務】服務員態度挺熱情，先開始給的一間雙床房異味比較大，反映後痛快給換了一間。問路也會很熱情的把園區主要吃、玩的地方介紹一遍。因為有個孩子，打電話給前台多要了一個枕頭和牙刷，馬上就給送過來了態度也很好。退房時收了房卡就OK了，也沒有檢查。
【周圍環境】酒店周邊一小圈的地方有兩三個吃飯的地方，一個咖啡廳白天有表演，一個小型超市、一個有乒乓球有蹦床的健身中心，湖邊有一些可以拍照的擺設，其他基本就是大多無人居住的樓和別墅，平面圖裡麪靠右面的區域完全荒廢，一大片4層的空置別墅甚是壯觀。玩的地方很少，與想象的差距很大。

設施：温泉壞了，五一不應該。泳池衹有室外的天冷也沒開。園區裏有濱湖步道和幾個小童樂園，健身房乒乓球桌羽毛球館。早餐種類很少且重複。
服務：工作人員態度好且熱情。上了個療愈頌缽課程很是放鬆舒緩，是這次住店最大驚喜。老師引導我們放空平靜至催眠，場地寬闊明亮温暖舒適，模仿自然聲音的道具豐富。非常感謝

孩子出去研學，老夫老妻的想找個附近的安靜地方歇歇腳。酒店在一個疊拼別墅小區裏，進門一定要説是去酒店，否則就得下來走，還是挺遠的。小區應該是想打造高端社區賣給北京人的定位，但是房子賣出去的不多，晚上沒幾家亮燈，導致其中的所有配套都是一副半死不活或者乾脆關門的狀態。入住以後房間很冷，我拿指南針定位了一下房間朝北，所以全天進陽光的時間很短，而且風向不對，導致房間有些捂的味道。沒有wifi網絡，不知道是不是近期在維修，移動的5G信號很差，孩子到達以後跟我們聯繫説無法接通，微信可以。房間收拾的挺乾淨，晚上冷男服務員拿來電暖氣，服務很到位。另外，我們出門從來不吃早餐，酒店服務員電話提醒一次，敲門提醒一次，服務很到位，怕我們錯過早餐，但是也恰巧説明瞭客户的多元性，被吵醒還是沒有自然醒更舒暢。

設施：房間空調不制熱，開了兩個小時房間還是17度，男前台服務態度特別好，第一時間拿來電暖器，就這樣開了一晚上電暖器睡覺。門隔音很差，不知道是保潔還是客人在樓道説話一清二楚，白天沒法睡覺。
服務：給酒店老闆和前台小哥點贊，酒店老闆在得知有人感冒後，還在吃着早飯就去給我們取姜了，還準備了葱白，家人喝下後好轉不少。前台小哥專業且細心負責，敬業且温暖。
環境：水很乾凈，但是園區沒什麼遊玩的地方，裏面很多設施比如温泉spa都是沒有開放的狀態，適合住一晚上看看水

觀瀾社區非常大，酒店 咖啡廳 餐廳 超市 萌寵樂園都很便利，環境非常好，美景如畫。這次扶老攜幼入住湖邊的聯排別墅，推開門就是一望無際的湖水，這感覺太好了。但是一樓衹有餐廳廚房，沒有卧室，對長者來講爬上爬下有點累。服務人員都特別熱情，很關照長者，入住體驗很好，期待下次再來。
