Really nice person keeping the place. The room is big and clean. Upstairs is warm but downstairs a little bit cold during winter time but it is not really a problem. The view from the room on the lake is amazing. The village is very quiet and less touristy than other place like Hongcun. The breakfast is made from fresh veggies and is tasty. We really appreciate the place. They also serve very good coffee.

五一出行，整體一般，先説優點吧：
優點：1.位置很好，在永興湖邊。可以直接在酒店裡就看到很好的景色，也可以在酒店就看到晚上的煙花和魚燈，不用在外面人擠人。
2.提供景區門票。
3.有免費茶水。在湖邊喝茶休息還是很愜意的。（但是茶水不能送到房間，其實不太明白為什麼）
缺點：1.設施太舊了。入住時房間門是壞的，鎖不了，等了一段時間後讓師傅來小小維修了一下。後期還是比較難鎖上，需要嘗試多次。門框上有馬蜂窩，馬蜂還在裏面鑽來鑽去。樓上房間的空調也是壞的。
2.很多小蟲子。但考慮到這個住景區裏，確實走的一個大自然路線的，有點小蟲就算了。喝茶吃飯的包房屋頂上也算是蟲。這真的不會掉碗裏嗎。（見視頻最後）
3.屋頂開裂。我和管家反應床上有黑色小蟲子的時候，管家説可能不是小蟲子，是屋頂牆皮掉在床上了，我才發現屋頂裂成了這樣。。。
其他：
1.服務還行。雖然哪哪都壞，但也都能及時來修，馬蜂窩也及時捅掉了。要喝茶要吃點心的時候也能很快送到。
2.早餐一般。配好的，不是自助早餐。就是雜糧，粥。不太適合年輕人口味。
3.下午剛入住發現門壞的時候我就問了有多餘房間給換嗎，給我的答覆是五一期間都訂滿了，沒有地方換。到晚上十點多睡覺時發現空調壞了，又聯繫管家，管家説今天沒法修了，要不就給我換間房。那下午是在騙我嗎？退房時也沒有對此次如此波折的入住表示歉意，語言和行動上都沒有。
綜上，對於此次1000+一晚價位的入住體驗，感覺一般。

最沒有性價比的一次住宿，近2000的住宿，硬件設施、房間衞生令人堪憂，不是地段200都嫌貴！
另外服務差，説什麼送門票，訂房頁面都不標識清楚，我比較了西溪南的住宿，都在房態訊息標題處就寫的清清楚楚。就這個問題管家葉荷還叫我找平台，真是可笑！另外在我準備入住後也不會提醒或告知一下送門票的事情，還是看了商家評價後主動詢問，才説返現100元。早餐也很差勁，説是一人一餐，其實就是為了節約食材，還不好吃！
