不是房卡 用鑰匙開門 !房卡不好使 又再單獨給拿一張電卡用 ! 酒店設施陳舊 定的是清楓酒店 去了之後説星程酒店 ， 定完房高德導航上顯示酒店暫停營業 差點以為自己定了黑店！ 再三確認 這間房沒問題吧？ 才敢帶着孩子入住！ 早上九點多下樓梯吃早餐 被告訴早餐九點結束 人家一會都要準備午餐了！ 真有意思！ 還問我 前台們告訴你早餐時間？ 我説沒有！ 然後就沒有然後了

兒子一上床，一根煙長的蟲子在床上爬來爬去，嚇的孩子不敢睡覺，又趕上旅遊期間訂不到其他酒店，雖然給我們換了房間，但是換的房間垃圾桶也是之前客人留下的沒有倒掉。住過最差的酒店，還五百多一晚！

賓館很大，停車場大，設備一般，電視不能播放，吃飯購物太不方便，必須開車去七公裡外縣城，早飯很一般，味道不行

酒店很破，設施老舊，廁所的門檻特別容易絆人，床頭就一個插座，被子一股膏葯味道，房間沒有電話，聯繫前台衹能用手機，要一瓶礦泉水，居然答覆除非續住才給！四百一晚的酒店還不如150一晚的，上當就此一次。

臨時落腳恆仁，找了一個離五女山最近的酒店。停車位很多，到五女山也很近。就是那麼大的一個賓館，住宿人冷冷清清，這不賠死啊！因為人少，壓縮成本，酒店的服務和設施可想而知。

設施都比較老舊了，衞生做的也不是很到位，沙發的墊子下面很臟，燒水壺裡上一個客人留下來的水還在壺裡，説明平時阿姨根本不清晰水壺，那麼水杯就跟不敢用了。早餐雖然很簡單但在桓仁住店吃上早飯還是不錯的，牌子還掛着星程酒店，酒店已經改名了，差點兒沒敢進。 總體來説還是客流量不多，利潤不夠，員工福利不行，管理到不了位。希望五女山旅遊人越來越多，酒店也能有所改善吧

房間很大，落地窗，採光非常好，房間整潔，衞生做的很好，床單被子很乾凈。
就是床鋪太軟，睡慣硬板床或腰不好的客人，怕是不太適應。
