周邊環境不錯，邊上就是西嶽廟和關帝廟，門口就是西嶽廟步行街，吃飯方便，出入交通方便，距離華山北站步行10分鐘，距離華山景區也很近，
房間很大，提供礦泉水等。但價格同等周邊裏是最經濟實惠的。下次過來 如果方便肯定優先選擇這裏。

服務態度極差！住了很多酒店從來沒見過這麼讓人無語的。
①前一天晚上聯繫好可以到華山站接人，並且預留了訊息電話和姓名，結果第二天電話死都打不通，半小時之內打了n多電話一直忙線，最後也沒人接，自己過去的。
②辦理入住時，明明在前台手寫筆記本中已經看到了我們的預訂訊息，非要説我們沒定找不到，好不容易找到又把我們定的豪華標間説是普通標間，價格完全不一樣，站在前台扯皮，差點吵起來，出遊第一天的好心情完全被破壞殆盡。
③明明我們先來還沒有辦理入住，前台直接不理我們去給後來的人辦，把我們晾一邊，無語死了。
④在我們沒人理會的時間，看到其他酒店有房，就跟前台講辦不了入住我們要不就換家酒店，結果前台直接沖我們大聲喊：“這個時間你不住我們這根本沒地住，別家肯定訂滿了！”看了嘛張口就來，沒話説。最後過來一個比較明事理的男人總算是住進去了。
⑤房間也就普通標間，但地毯很臟，拖鞋直接黑黑的，一看就是用了很多次但從來沒有清洗過，最離譜的是洗髮水和沐浴露上面完全沒有任何標識，分不清哪個是洗髮水，而且估計很久沒人用過已經過期了，擠出來的東西黏兮兮的，完全不起沫，也不敢用。
⑥你已經到這裏口結束了？並沒有！定酒店就是想爬完華山下來洗個熱水澡，結果水完全不熱，就是四五十度剛剛不凍人的那種程度，還一會就完全沒有衹剩冷水了，估計是熱水器極小。
⑦水不熱就算了，最離譜的是洗完之後地漏堵了，完全漏不下去，整個衞生間都被淹了，詳情參見圖五。
⑧也不是沒有可誇的點，客觀講第二天我們去華山北站的時候，可能因為已經當面跟前台講了n次，很及時的把我們送過去了，司機是一位大姐，態度挺好，路上講昨天她一直等着接送也沒收到訊息，我猜是酒店交接出問題，前台沒有跟其他人講清楚，但我留了電話，説了接站時間，就不知道打電話問問嗎？這服務意識和態度我真的無語。
總的來説，前台大媽差評！電話打不通差評！這爛酒店讓我國慶第一天就受一肚子氣，完全不推薦！
（就憑酒店那態度，我都害怕評價會不會被找不上門，嚇人！無語！）

衞生間洗臉盆水龍頭真的不好用，感覺太短了，應該往外多延伸一點，淋浴間地板上不知道是什麼東西，像油漆一樣，房間的插座應該放兩個床中間比較好，燈一關，插座就沒電了，真的是第一次見這種事情
