Smart, clean, quiet rooms, just beyond the tourist district. Comfortable beds and hot water. Want more? The host, Lien is accommodating with advice and help such as organising onward travel. As the property name suggests, Lien, her helpers and the home are quite lovely.

Small, fine accommodation that was ideal for our purposes: as a backpacker to have a starting point for day trips. Simple and very clean with perfect air conditioning and a delicious breakfast. I would especially like to mention Luna, the super friendly and helpful sister of the owners: Thank you for your support and hospitality :)

Host and other staff were really friendly and helpful when needed. Accommodation was spacious but tired. Although only a 15-20 minute walk from the citadel and close to the river which has a lovely walkway, the location was not that convenient for touristy restaurants and cafes. In hindsight we would have preferred to have been the other side of the river.

Booked 2 rooms here through *********** after our original homestay booking was cancelled and couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice. We only stayed one night as the trip to Hue from Hoi A was booked due to wanting to go on the fantastic train journey between Danang and Hue. But Hue is definitely worth a visit in its own right. The host Lien, was lovely, she made contact via WhatsApp prior to our arrival and advised us on how to get from the train station to the accommodation. On arrival she gave us a suggestion on how to spend our limited time in the city. She even arranged a return dragon boat trip up the Perfume River for us to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda which only cost about £3pp. The homestay is located centrally in Hue and only about a 10 min walk from the river and also plenty of bars and restaurants. Our room was pretty big and lovely and clean with an ensuite bathroom and also had a balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was included in our stay and again it was lovely. If you don't need a big fancy hotel I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Hue as Lien and her small team were excellent and I only wish we had had more time to spend there.

I cannot recommend this homestay enough. Our stay here was delightful from the moment we arrived. Thuy Lien could not have been more helpful or kind - a perfect host. The rooms are spacious, clean and so comfortable. All of our needs were met. Go on the tour that she recommends with the Hue Heritage group as their local guides are fantastic. We had an amazing time here ☺️

Couldn’t find it anywhere no help from hostel as phone was off lost two nights worth of money. Had to try and ring but no answer, so eventually paid to stay elsewhere. Place is supposedly wrong on google maps but I don’t think it exists. Do not purchase as there is a no refund policy and we have lost our money. DO NOT STAY.

Tình cờ muốn đổi gió nên mình đã đặt ở app KLOOK TRAVEL, trải nghiệm thật sự kinh khủng • Vị trí: Mình đặt KLOOK hiển thị ở 5/24 Trân Cao Vân Tham khảo agoda hiển thị 34 Phạm Hồng Thái. Mình đi vòng quanh phố tây để tìm nhưng vô ích ( 10h tối ). Hẻm tìm Homestay này thật sự rất tối. Khách sạn đã dừng hoạt động từ rất lâu, mình được biết vì vô tình tìm được một nhà nghỉ có tên y hệt và họ đã cho mình thông tin, nói mình nên tìm cách để lấy tiền lại cả mất tiền oan uổng. Mình nghĩ sẽ không bao giờ đặt qua KLOOK nữa. Buồn cái là agoda để vị trí đúng hơn nhưng chỗ đó cũng dừng hoạt động được vài ngày rồi. Có lẽ do minh hôm đó xui nhưng mình cũng viết review để những người có ý định chọn Lovely Homestay Huế làm điểm dừng chân thì đừng nên, qua bất kì kênh nào.
