Quaint deck out back is right on the river with a small sitting area and barbecue. Small kitchen has eat in island and all needed kitchen appliances (just small sized). Front sitting area has propane stove, sofa and 2 large recliners with views of the great outdoors. 200 ft of river frontage to explore. Several local streams and ponds create a serene setting for you to unwind and enjoy! Yes, there is Wi-Fi. 47" smart TV in game room with DVD player. Only downside may be the limited eating areas to seat 6 together. 4 can sit at the island with 2 in the sitting area (TV trays provided), 4 can sit at the dining/poker table in the game room, 4 on the deck.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:Ponds surrounding the property can not be fished.
