Sheraton Hotels in Huizhou

The room facilities are very good, the environment is beautiful and quiet! The receptionist is sweet and cute and patiently answers questions. I just forgot to ask the beautiful lady's name 😂 She also upgraded the room type, which is worth recommending!

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season.
