Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles East

فندق جميل جدًا! كان الموظفون ودودين وكفؤين. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة. كان بوفيه الإفطار شهيًا. أعجبني خدمة النقل المجانية إلى المطار.

Bed and room was comfortable, i think the carpet could of done with a clean and the bathroom could have brighter lighting. Location is great for dulles airport but 5 min walk and 50 min on the metro for downtown DC so not recommended for visiting downtown. Reception staff was rubbish customer service i got told the airport shuttle was on its way 40 minutes it took to arrive i got the metro instead, it seemed like the staff have given up and breakfast was awful

An excellent value for money. Great location- 2 minutes walk from metro to DC center. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast included in price of room. Luggage storage if you have a late flight. Highly recommend!

The shower floor tiles are loose. I felt liked I stay at Motel 6. I think the hotel has bed bugs as well.

One of the elevators was broken and the stairs would not go to first floor. The host, gave us a the wrong room first, than literally "force persuaded" us but in polite way to move to our original room. We stayed there one night before our flight from Dulles, so that was no big deal. One more thing about the parking jurisdictions. So, there's a shared parking lot around the hotel, shared by two other facilities. They show you a map, which does not match the signs in the parking lot. So, be careful which one to follow and always confirm with the hotel host.

First off, the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. The room was sufficient and clean, bed very comfortable. The hotel amenities are adequate and could be better.. No bottled water in the room. Decrepit coffee maker which had 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf, so not enough for 2 people. The gym was decent and breakfast had the standard American breakfast mix although the eggs were terribly dry. Overall a B-. not the best but had some very bright spots (the staff).

Paid for the hotel thru trip app and the hotel charged me again. Hotel administrative process is bad. Will not come back here again. Promised to hold and not charge as I had already paid but still charge me upon check out. Glad that Trip help to refund me the amount that I had double charged. Pending trip on the refund.

Good place to stay by the airport

This is my third time to residence in this hotel but I need to pay at the counter. Please check the payment method when making the reservation.
