The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

The Westin was really clean and the service staff were really helpful. Location was also very convenient. The airport shuttle is really helpful.

Free airport shuttle easy to ride, Quick check-in, breakfast was some fruits, toast, and pastry. Coffee and orange juice were good to start a day. No slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, so make sure bring your own.

Hotel was close to the airport and had a shuttle available for guests. It is not near anything other restaurants or shops. Hotel has nice walking trails outside near lake. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi instructions for use were confusing upon checking in. Reception may want to provide more clarity to incoming guests.

Service ok, amenities not good they don’t have good signs for things on the building need to improve

Great hotel with nice services conveniently located to Dulles airport.

Amazing hotel just needs a pool
