The hotel staff is so kind. The check-in time was 2pm, but when I arrived at 9am, they allowed me to eat breakfast and helped me check in to my room at 9:30am. And the check-out time was 12pm, but when my flight departed at 8pm, they let me eat lunch, leave my luggage, go to the beach again, and let me shower. I had a very happy time without any shortcomings~^^ I am very satisfied.

The environment is great. The service is indeed a little bit slow towards Chinese people and more attentive towards white people. The cleanliness and bedding in the room are also very average. It is not worthy of a five-star resort.

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff is very pleasant and friendly, we have no complaints. We went there on February 14th as a couple, and it was truly a great experience. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer.
