We had a wonderful family vacation in July at Sunrise Garden Beach, this beautiful hotel in Egypt. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and although we had a minor issue with the toilet on the first day, it was fixed within 30 minutes – great service! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would like to praise especially Khodier ( from the cleaning team, building room number 7) and Mostafa Ragab (from the main international buffet restaurant). The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with lots of green areas. We enjoyed the variety of dining options as beside the main international buffet restaurant, you can try quite a few à-la-carte restaurants, including the ones of the neighboring SENTIDO Mamlouk hotel. We tried the Mongolian and Asian à-la-carte restaurants – both were delicious and offered a great dining experience. The entertainment team was also a plus. There were different activities throughout the day and themed shows every evening, keeping both adults and kids engaged. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team – our daughter had a great time there. The beach is stunning, with plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day. There’s also a pier for snorkeling, with supervision, which adds to the overall experience. All in all, this was a perfect holiday for our family – relaxing, fun, and full of great memories. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a carefree and enjoyable stay in Egypt.

The vacation was very excellent and we enjoyed the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very excellent. I would like to thank Chef Mohammed for his wonderful treatment.
