فندق رائع بإطلالات خلابة وخدمة وطعام رائع. حصلنا على ترقية مجانية للغرفة. إذا كنت من هواة الغطس، أنصحك بالسير إلى الشرفة المقابلة لفندق تروبيتيل، فالشعاب المرجانية هناك مذهلة.

فندق رائع وخدمة رائعة.. هادئ جدًا. الطعام رائع. الموظفون يساعدون ويرحبون .. بالتأكيد سيعود مرة أخرى.

Just got back from a week in hurghada premiere le reve. This was our 3rd visit. This hotel just delivers again and again. The thing that stands out the most is the amazing attention given to the guests nothing is too much trouble and staff go out their way to make your stay a lovely one. The location is next to a private beach overlooked by lifeguards on the jetty. . These guys keep a watchful eye over snorkelling guests. Thankyou Muirad. There is also a gym on site with running machines and dumbbells and the gym man Salah is a terrific gym manager thankyou Salah for all the help you gave me and other guests during our stay. The rooms are fabulous we stayed in a room with a lounge area. We felt like popstars … Also we enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the lobby area before dinner served by a half man half machine waiter called Honey or could be huny … not sure correct spelling …always there when needed. The waiters were fantastic thankyou for your attentiveness El Hassan Turquoise restaurant and Ahmed Sophi …Italian restaurant The whole operation was overseen by mr Fouquet who did his rounds every day speaking with guests and sorting out any issues. His kindness and professionalism is reflected in the outstanding service which guests receive. I can’t praise this hotel enough. You won’t be disappointed.
