Everything was great; the price was quite reasonable given the room size, the location, and the facilities offered. And the view was also amazing. Really enjoyed our stay there, thanks!

We went there in December which is the winter season. The water is a bit cold so we couldn't fully enjoy the water facilities in the resort. There is abundance of food for guests for breakfast and lunch. But the food is of mediocre quality. Having said that, I think it is a great place to stay for families with kids during the summer season! Please be reminded to bring your own flip flops and sneakers if you want to use the tennis court!

I wanted to extend for a late departure by renting a whole night (so to the advantage of the hotel) but your trip.com site did not pay for the hotel on time even though the reservation had been made 3 days, The hotel refused to give us the room for several hours and even threatened to call the police if we did not pay (a second time). This ruined the end of our vacation.

DO NOT RISK COMING HERE. I have eaten rotten food in the hotel. The aubergines were rotten and when I complained, they said that it is just vinegar. But both me and my wife tasted it and made sure it was rotten. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The hotel was nice, it was well located in the Sahl El Hasheesh area. It has direct access to the beach.

I'm not exaggerating, this all-inclusive hotel is really great. Most of the people are Europeans, and there are only three of us Asians, but the hotel service is really great, every waiter is very enthusiastic, and there is no discrimination. The beach is super beautiful, you can really lie on the chair for a whole day. But what I want to praise is that the hotel has white food for three meals, but there are also some Chinese food suitable for Chinese people. I personally like it very much, it suits my taste, especially the grilled chicken and curry rice are really amazing, and the bar in the center, paradise is delicious and highly recommended! I will stay there next time 😍😍😍

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.

The service is very friendly and the facilities are good. It is very suitable for playing with friends.

The location was excellent. There was a wide variety of food thanks to the buffet. However, the common room was very noisy as the sound was amplified by the high ceiling. Although we had a gold band, we were unable to make reservations at the private restaurants. The facilities were rather average. The shower had no hose and the bathroom smelled unpleasantly of sewage. Everywhere was loud and crowded. Techno music played constantly on the beach, which made it difficult to relax. We were happy to check out and find new accommodation in Azzurra, which finally offered us the peace and quiet we had been looking for.

Fourth time in this hotel. The hotel, as always, is at its best. Only this time the current renovation of the bar on the beach was a little disappointing, which affected the queues and the service of serving drinks from a stool.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, the beach is large, and you can go diving right outside. The experience is great
