موقع مثير للاهتمام للغاية تنظيف 3 من 5 الخدمات غير كافية

مكان فظيع - ابتعد عنه!!! وصلنا إلى الفندق وكان الاستقبال باردًا... لم يُعرض علينا المساعدة في حمل الأمتعة. كانت السيدة في الاستقبال غير متعاونة للغاية. لقد وصلت أنا وعائلتي للتو من رحلة طويلة وأردنا الراحة والتنظيف وتناول الطعام. تم رفضنا وقيل لنا أن حجزنا غير موجود على الرغم من إظهار الدليل وتأكيد الحجز. تشاجر المدير لفظيًا مع عميل آخر أمام الجميع. اضطررنا للذهاب والجلوس في المطار لأكثر من 5 ساعات. حتى أن المدير حاول بيعنا غرفة أخرى بسعر مضاعف. كانت التجربة برمتها صادمة. لن أعود مرة أخرى!

I'd like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to 4 people who made our holiday very pleasant 1. Yasser Arafat is a good receptionist His English is impecable On first day I felt unsure certain things and he was very patient and reassuring 2 Hassany is very kind helped us to find the right room He was very patient, friendly and helpful He made sure we had everything we needed I did enjoy practice my french with him 😁 3 Hassan is very nice too First day we were a bit lost didn't know where to buy water and fruits and he helped us with that 4 Owner of the Sun and sea hotel such a gentleman made us feel very welcome to his hotel He was often near restaurant greeting us personally What can I say good people always make a huge difference! To be honest there were some small issues but they did resolve them quickly enough so I have no complains about this hotel only good memories!!! Lovely people who make you feel like a family If I would recommend this place Absolutely! It's close to the sea has its small but private beach Very close to the shops We had a room with the sea view Amazing! Special thank you for that 🙏❤️ Good quality beds with a good power water cold/hot in a shower room The breakfast was the same every day more variation dinner time We did always find something to eat so no complains here either The only thing we didn't like was the coffee/tea in the hotel but that can be easily resolved as next door cafeteria makes very tasty coffee and tea that cost about 1$ very reasonable price Overall we had a very pleasant holiday thanks to all those lovely people mentioned above and the rest of the staff was nice too With love, Svetlana

Dirty curtains. Balcony was not clean. Balcony door could not lock. Could not process card transactions.

Un peu dommage pour l'hygiène pas de wifi dans tout l'hôtel sauf a l'accueil pas comme dans le descriptif qu'il m'a était annoncer a l'achat de mon séjour pas de chaîne française dommage le personnel très sympas et très accueillant ' piscine top un peu froide l'eau la nourriture assez correcte

Bad breakfast, no fruits. No glasses in room, only glasses was in poolbar. A room was from the 80's. Pool stairs dangerous. The staff has really poor english skills. The aircondition in the room was broken. The cleaner never delivered toilet paper without request. There were no napkins at breakfast. The elevators are broken for hours every day, Wifi only worked at the reception. Never again to this hotel!
