The stay was wonderful from checking to checkout

The hotel is very old and the staff is bad. The facilities in the rooms are inadequate. For example, there are no slippers in the rooms. Last night I had to go to the reception twice to ask for slippers and waited for about an hour. The food is a complete fiasco. The breakfast options are very few and everything is stale.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Hurghada! The room was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the view, which was a nice surprise that I did not expect. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who checked me in. He spoke excellent French and immediately made me feel at home. One of the porters was also very friendly and professional. At the Italian restaurant, Fouad is a real gem, and the waiter Abdo offered impeccable service. As for the spa, Maryam and Aya, as well as the masseuse (whose name I unfortunately did not remember), were simply incredible. The entire staff is highly qualified, attentive and always eager to make the guests' stay unforgettable. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and although I traveled alone, I never felt uncomfortable, quite the contrary: everything was perfect for relaxing. The beaches are absolutely magnificent. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return for an even longer stay.

The location and outdoor environment are very good, but the room is too shabby. The plug of the wash basin broke on the first night and someone came to repair it. The air conditioner leaked on the second night and it leaked again in the middle of the night. The shower water was not hot. One of the bedside lamps was broken because it was a power problem rather than a bulb. I was too lazy to fix it. The buffet restaurant is very crowded every day, mostly German tourists. The staff is OK, but not bad. The only advantage is that the sea view is beautiful and it is only a few steps away from the beach. The room staff is very nice and even made towels for us.

The hotel is old, but they try to keep it clean. The beach is clean and sandy. The entrance to the sea is gentle. The sand is treated in the morning to get rid of flies. You can always choose food to your taste. Fresh juices are delicious for an extra fee.

The hotel basically needs taxis for travel, so it is suitable for staying in the hotel and lying down. The buffet room says 500/person, but the restaurant says 750/person when signing the bill. After communicating with the lobby manager, it was charged at 500/person. If you are not good at English, you may encounter such problems.
