We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were clean and the staff were super helpful, especially Zekra at the front desk who made sure that we got neighboring rooms and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Checking in and out was also handled very smoothly. We are looking forward to our next stay already.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the service was exceptional—every staff member was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience!

Had a great 2 weeks at Cascades in room 6562. room was kept spotless by Ali Ayad who was a lovely young man with a huge smile on his face really enjoyed chatting to him. Pool area was beautiful as were the grounds beautiful views over the golf course. The beach was very nice with a nice bar and place for lunch the bus from hotel is every 15 mins. The service at Spikes pool bar was very good Gerges and Mohamed couldn't do enough for you always asking if everything was ok which it always was The food at Spikes was excellent everything we had was delicious thanks to all the chefs. we. would have a couple of drinks in the eagles nest before dinner the barman George made a great gin and tonic and was always on hand with a refill. Im not very good with buffet food but always found something but every body looked like they were enjoying the food with a very good selection. all in all a lovely hotel great staff we would have no hesitation coming back but would get a room away from the building work that's going on around soma bay

Wir waren schon öfters im Cascades, müssen jedoch feststellen dass der Service und die Qualität von Jahr zu Jahr abnehmen. Der Wein war leider nicht geniessbar und 8 Tage Montezumas Rache sagen viel über das Essen.Schade, weil Lage zum golfen top….
