The hotel is in a general location, far from the busy pedestrian street. The front desk is indifferent and the service attitude is not good. They always treat all tourists, whether Asian or European, as superiors. The food is not good either. The point is that there is no wifi coverage in all rooms, and my phone has no signal in the room. In short, I don't recommend this hotel.

Good zone experience: 1. Food - very good 2. Staff service - very good. Working hard to make us happy. 3. Clean and tidy. 4. Staff are responding very quickly to resolve potentially or unexpected problems. 5. Every day staff engage costumers for exercising. Bad zone experience: 1. Warm beer and small amounts- not happy. 2. Other alcoholic drinks are serving with poor choices and amount (compared to what I pay ??? Maybe I cannot expect too much). 3. Noisy and vibrating air conditioners on the roof not given chance to sleep. Conclusion: Thank you to look after me and my wife. We will come back to Hurghada - Sphinx Hotel soon. One more - Please put a Polish flag on the flagpole- at front of hotel - please. Will be nice. Please. Dziękujemy Thank you

Very bad ! Don t go ! The service from reception is very bad ! He want to charge you for a room ! Don t go ! I never come back! We are a 24 people in the group and nobody like ! Before ceck out you dont have posesivele to eat because he cut the ticket! Not recomand ! Very very bad

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, every day the staff took care of cleaning and providing us with drinking water. Also, the reception staff was very helpful, they helped us with packed breakfast every day for the days we were away for activities. The food was wonderful and varied, and the soups delicious. I can't thank the waiters enough who work so hard for the happiness of the guests, they are always present, remember the names of the tourists, always offer a smile and a cheerful greeting. The beach is very handy, you need water shoes, because there are pebbles in the water, but the beauty of the fish and the underwater world compensates. I want to thank the animation team who was present at every moment with us, both during the day and at the evening shows. Meke and Moustafa do magic with their energy, they dance, they joke, they add beauty to the culture and the place. Keep them there and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great hotel and had a lovely week here! Clean room and friendly service. Our view to the sea from our room was amazing and kidding it now! Reception was also so helpful and lovely. I Have recommended it to a big group of friends who are visiting the end of the year

Be AWARE of the Receptions staffs for: Fraud and scam by trying to upgrade the room against 40 or 60 euro or dollars. Try to see the original room first then make a deal if you want. Nonchalant staff in average The restaurants service and food wasn’t more than 3-stars. Dirty old bathroom
