We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and always there to help, food is very delicious, room is spacious and clean.
Animation is superb.

The food is good. I love it. I have friendly staff. The worst thing is rip-off taxi fare. It costs 2-3 dollars for Uber to the airport, but hotel taxi costs 12 dollars. But it costs 20 dollars in the morning. "Respect"... Is this Egypt???

Food is great and with wide variety
Drinks are great too
Cleanliness is great
Waterpark are awesome I loved it this place you would enjoy it
Animation team are friendly, they do alot of events everyday and parties
You won’t get bored
Snacks are great for people who don’t get up early for breakfast.

The hotel met our expectations. The special thing about the hotel is the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach and really enjoyed being there .

The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. The exterior (swimming pools & seaside) are a big plus.
On the other hand, the food is the minor point of this hotel.
