사과를 모르는 뻔뻔한 매니저와 천장에서 뚝뚝 떨어지는 물, 낡아서 안 들어오는 전등, 아주아주 느린 대응, 1분, 2분만 기다리라더니 두시간이 넘어도 아무도 오지않고 방에서 나가지도 못하고 짐도 반만 풀고 방을 옮겨줄 지 아니면 고쳐줄지 아무 것도 결정되지 않은 채 세시간이나 기다리고. 방 구석구석 먼지가 그득하고 야외 수영장은 아이들이 북새통이고 소란하고 식사 때도 정신없이 소란하고. 휴가를 이런 분위기속에 날려서 무척 슬펐습니다. 안 가시는 것이 훌륭한 선택입니다.

We stayed here 29/6/25-6/7/25 as a young couple with a teenage son - This will be a fair but very honest review, and given the TripAdvisor rating I will be comparing this resort with other resorts I have stayed at with the same rating. On arrival to the resort we were very happy with how short the transfer was (Approx 15 mins) from Hurghada Airport, exactly what you need after a long-ish flight as we were exhausted! First impressions from the outside were that the hotel appeared well presented and clean/well maintained. Our transfer bus was stopped by security before being allowed onto the resort which we liked as it showed not just anyone can drive into the resort! On arrival, the reception area was very well presented and clean and smelt amazing, and we were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the desk. As we were a late arrival (approx 22:30) he asked if we would prefer to check in first or to go and get some food in the restaurant before it closed for the evening and then check in. We obviously chose food! After we'd eaten we came back, check in was super fast and we were informed we had been upgraded for free to a pool view room (5333) which we were very grateful for. He gave us a map and a run down of opening times for amenities then called the bell service who came to escort us to our room. Bell service chap was very friendly and helpful, took our cases and gave us a short tour on the way to our rooms of where we could find info on entertainment schedules etc and which way the different pool areas were etc. Room Quality & Comfort: First impressions were the room was spacious, clean and well polished, as was the bathroom, some toiletries were also supplied such as shampoo, soap, body wash etc however I did prefer to use my own from home. This is a nice gesture though. We had requested a double and a single bed as minimum due to being 2 Adults and 1 older teen, however on arrival there was only 2 singles in the room. The gentleman immediately advised he would have another bed delivered to the room and made up for us (Obviously we had been upgraded so I imagine the original room had the correct beds in) But this was rectified within 30 mins and we ended up with the biggest 'double bed' bed that could have fit x4 people on plus a single bed. Beds were extremely comfortable and I really liked that they supplied a 'summer' duvet. A lot of places I have been with these climates only supply a 'top sheet' and I prefer a duvet whatever the weather!! There were USB sockets x2 and the the 2 pin sockets also, we take an extension lead and adaptor to cater for our UK devices. The room had a good size TV but no English channels and I think ours maybe needed a reset as there was no guide or channels set. We had a big wardrobe, a safe, a mini fridge which was stocked daily with bottled water by housekeeping and a safe. We also had a terrace overlooking the wave pool which has a table and chairs on.
