Good experience

This experience was very good. Thanks to the housekeeper Joyce for her full service and patience. This time I went snorkeling and saw dolphins. The sunset was also good. There was also a Chinese chef and the food was good. Overall, there were not many people and it was very private. It is worth recommending

The hotel room has a 10-point view and the facilities are also 10-point. Every location in the resort is very clean and well-managed. The food in the a la carte restaurant is ok. The food in the buffet is not fresh. The service provided by the resort staff is really average. It feels like discrimination against Chinese people. We entered the restaurant at the same time as foreigners, but the staff always ignored us. When ordering, the staff were always reluctant to order for us. Their attitude was really bad. I originally booked a honeymoon package before departure, but I was not given the honeymoon package on the first day of arrival. Our butler Ziyazan also promised us that he would prepare a surprise for us. In the end, I found out after repeated inquiries that the hotel had forgotten about our honeymoon trip. The service quality here is really disappointing. They only prepared honeymoon service for me on the last night. The only downside of the resort is the service attitude of the staff. One word: bad.

The room was very good. The hotel upgraded it for free. The housekeeper JOYCE was very good and helped us solve many problems, making our trip to Maldives without regrets.

The hotel needs to be reached by seaplane, which takes 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the water is not very clear, and there are not many living things and green plants outside the water room. It can only be said to be just average.

Because I wanted to stay two more nights, I booked the hotel myself on Ctrip. First of all, I would like to highly praise Ctrip's service. No matter what questions I have, Ctrip will patiently communicate with the hotel and give answers. Let's take a look at the Radisson Hotel again. First of all, all the facilities are very new, especially the yachts that go out to sea are the latest and greatest I have ever done. Secondly, the sea view is invincible. Every time I come out of the room, I can’t help but wow. The casual photos are masterpieces. Even if it rains (it only rains on the first day, the weather is very good afterwards), the sea water is also blue and clear. Let’s talk about service again. No matter where you are, the staff on the island will greet you warmly. Every time the car comes to pick us up, the driver will ask you how your day is going. The same goes for the staff in the restaurant. At the entrance of the restaurant, he greeted him from a long distance away, and the butler responded quickly to the message. I read the comments before saying that they are very enthusiastic about foreigners. I think there is a high probability that the British are not good at English, and they can’t communicate with us^_^ In short, this is a very pleasant experience and it is worth the money. If you don't want to experience more hotels in Maldives, I really want to stay at the Radisson next time^_^

The room was unexpectedly good

Everything served, offered to us was amazing. Specially the staff is mind blowing, welcoming on the way, they wish very well. Room service, cleaning and the rooms are upto the mark. Restaurant staff are very friendly, and felt like friends. And this place feels like shalom.

This was the best trip of our lives. We were so impressed with everything - from the buffet options to the private contact each room gets (thank you Oybek!). The app they provide with the map, booking and concierge messaging options made things easier than we’ve ever experienced. Innovative and so helpful! We never had a problem with the buggies because the island is extremely walkable already and they happily brought and retrieved any luggage when we needed that. We also loved the water sports and excursion we took - affiliated with the hotel and super easy to sign up for. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Not to mention the villas with their private pools, there was plenty of beach options and wonderfully clear water everywhere. We would recommend this place in a second to anyone interested in visiting the Maldives!

From the first moment we met him, he went above and beyond to ensure everything about our trip was seamless. The entire experience at Radisson Blu Maldives was infused with care, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality. We left with sun-kissed skin, and the certainty that we’ll be back. If you’re looking for paradise paired with people who truly care, this is it.

Our second visit to Radisson Blu Maldives. Service has improved significantly compared to our first visit last year. Staffs are caring and welcoming. Overwater villa is spacious and comfy. Last year, the wait time for buggy was up to 30min. This year, the max we’ve waited was only 5min.

If you were looking for a romantic experience with your loved one, then Maldives is the place. the Radisson Blu went above and beyond to make our anniversary that much more special. The overwater Villa exceeded our expectations. The service and staff were super friendly and were efficient with everything that we requested. We definitely will be back!
