I recently stayed at Hilton Huzhou Nanxun and the experience was perfect! I would especially like to give special praise to my exclusive butler NIA, who added WeChat before check-in, patiently answered all my questions, and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. Her service is always meticulous. During my stay, whether it was the room floor request, the request to reserve a window seat for dinner at Qingya Chinese Restaurant, or the planning of the travel route, as long as I found her, I could get a quick response and solution. The hotel itself is also very good, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, and complete and clean bathroom facilities. The supporting facilities such as the gym and swimming pool are also well maintained and the experience is excellent.
