因為去看許嵩的演唱會，提前十幾天就訂好了，花了將近1300，應該是他們最好的房間。説幾點感受。12點鐘我們才到酒店，既然沒有一個訊息。也沒有一個電話。那是所謂的高端酒店，很少有的事情。這怎麼才能讓客户賓至如歸？想喝喝酒。紅酒杯説沒有説餐廳應該關門了，好不容易容易幫我找到一個開瓶器。我們衹有用茶杯喝紅酒。吃着外賣突然間斷電了，半天找不到人。想打個電話，電話上面一個前台的電話都沒有，衹能到前台去找人，前台也沒有人，幾番週轉聯繫上，雖然經過協商，退了500多塊房費作為補償。負責的小夥子態度挺好的，但是，我們認真看過這個酒店是花了很多心思裝修，也花了很多代價去打造。每一個細節都很用心。周圍環境也挺好。但是酒店最重要的是服務呀。如果服務跟不上裝修這麼好又有什麼用？而且服務並不是説態度好就好了。而是要去培訓，更加專業化，這樣才能在本來就很卷的湖州脱穎而出呀

假日度假首選！酒店緊臨潞村水街，假日人也不是太多，水街東頭還有家三聯書店，太好逛了！門外一大片綠地，鮮花，露營地，莊園裡也有燒烤，泳池，餐廳菜也很好吃，而且不貴。贈送的下午茶咖啡套餐也相當不錯，度過了很愉快的一個很愉快的五一。強推！

很適合帶小狗來玩耍，房間挺乾淨的。 原本我們訂的是loft，因為一些原因老闆幫我們免費換了兩個相鄰的帶小院子的房間。 附近地方很大，有露營燒烤、咖啡店、古鎮。 莊園裡的飯店價格還行，出來玩可以接受，味道也可以。 莊園裡打麻將也很方便，人多的話需要和老闆預約下哦，燒烤和吃飯也需要預約。這次不適合泡温泉，下次有機會來體驗。
