Everything was impeccable. From the unique, local fare for breakfast to the peaceful nights, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our first visit to the Cape. Adrian shared many details and gave wonderful advice on what to see and the best method for experiencing it. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful to us. We would highly recommend Sea Street Inn and its wonderful owner/chef/travel agent. Thank you for a special time.

This cozy inn was nothing short of exceptional!our host Adrian greeted us the minute we got there, making us feel right at home and comfortable. Each morning he personally made a five course French style breakfast that was to die for and felt like a Parisian cafe! Adrian also helped us figure out what to do in town as well as calling a friend to get us and three other couples a reservation at the black cat with the best table! The B&B was beautifully kept and full of different art. We left feeling rested, full and can’t wait to be back.

The Sea Street Inn run by the exceptional chef Adrian far exceeded our expectations. The inn has an artistic flair and is serenely comfortable. What will keep us coming back is the four course breakfast prepared by Adrian each morning. It is difficult to put in to words what a great time we had at Sea Street Inn with Adrian as the proprietor. The Inn itself is cozy, well appointed and perfectly situated near the coast, near downtown Hyannis and near the many restaurants, shops and activities in the area. Plenty of parking and much to walk to and enjoy. Adrian is what sets the Inn apart from all others. Adrian is an awesome French Chef who truly enjoys preparing your meal for you. Each breakfast was a 3 courses delight and each left us fully satisfied until dinner. During our four day stay we did not once eat lunch and we did not miss it. Adrian splendidly accommodated my food allergies and restrictions. As a phenomenal host, Adrian ensured that we always were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Adrian is a wealth of knowledge about the local area and the entire Cape, he helped us plan each day so that we would see great and meaningful sights, he has friends everywhere and helped us pick out awesome restaurants for dinner, even in the towns we were traveling to after leaving the Inn and the Cape. Adrian truly made our vacation the most memorable ever, we definitely will be back for a future stay and recommend the Inn to everyone we tell about our vacation.

Great 3 day stay. Adrian chef owner was a great host. Loved our 4 course breakfast each morning, perfect place for foodies! Awesome French press coffee too. Comfortable clean room and interesting art throughout the house. Adrian also gave us a perfect itinerary with map and specific places to stop on our drive up to Provincetown including the best spot to get Wellfleet oysters in Wellfleet! Best restaurant recommendations! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Adrian’s warmth and hospitality really made for an unforgettable stay. He goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The rooms are spacious (we had a big bedroom with an attached a living room), comfortable, quiet, ensuring you get a restful night’s sleep. The inn had put beer, waters, and sparkling waters in the room that were complimentary. There was also an on-site art gallery, featuring photography that make the place feel both inspiring, unique, and well-curated. What was so special was Adrian’s culinary expertise. As a professionally trained chef who spent time working in Michelin-started restaurants in Manhattan, Adrian made us gourmet breakfasts both mornings. We loved the scallops and the pastries. We had such an amazing visit and would really recommend this gem.

If you are looking for a great Bed and Breakfast in Hyannis the Sea Street Inn is the place to go!! They go an extra 10 miles to make sure your stay is fantastic. The breakfast is something you will not see anywhere else. The room is fantastic, and the help and knowledge of everything around you is extremely helpful!! Great Great place to stay!!!!!

Fabulous!! Adrian is a great host and also a superb cook. Our breakfast was awesome and so creative. He was willing to share his cooking knowledge and skills. The room was really nice and relaxing. My wife especially loved his photos and art, and the rich stories behind them. It was excellent for celebrating our anniversary.

The Sea Street Inn was a perfect introduction to the Cape. The upstairs room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Adrian knew all about the ferries and local restaurants and attractions. His gourmet breakfasts with French press coffee were absolutely superb. The location is walking distance to the town and to the harbors, a quiet residential neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again if we revisit the Cape.
