Booking was done at the very last minute from my end but they made sure I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but restroom was small and had translucent glass doors which made it feel somewhat uncomfortable. Lunch buffet starts at 6:30 and ends at 10:30. While taste is subjective, I personally didn’t find any of the items appetizing. But over all good service and comfortable rooms with not so good food.

On business trip. Easy accessibility and convenient. Very clean room and comfortable bed & pillow. Local breakfast and some continental items. Highly recommended at reasonable rates.

Seema came for the cleaning…. She was really nice and friendly Extremely professional behaviour and polite …. Very very intelligent and knowledgeable she knows how to do the job right and does lot waste any time and very very dedicated to her job

Very helpful staff. They work hard. Shobha Kumari was very helpful. It has been an amazing stay for us. They have very prompt with service and the breakfast really delicious. We enjoyed the stay here Hoping to come back to holiday inn whenever we visit Hyderabad.

Hotel was good great room cleaning services in the hotel. There are multiple breakfast options available I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Best part is pillows and bed are great and high quality and special feedback to seema for the room cleaning services.

Well located in the heart of Hitech City, Breakfast served was good, Rooms are well maintained clean linen & towels Improvement required is door latch for bathrooms plus a towel hanger & coffee tea refills should be maintained regularly Staff response is spontaneous & welcoming

The rooms are very small and the prices are very high...also there is no proper sound damping...can hear traffic sound all the time. The breakfast was very poor quality. I am a frequent traveler and this hotel was very bad for the price they are charging.

Everything was great, Shivani was the one who really helped with cleaning and was a great worker. She deserves good pay as she really makes customers happy with her room cleaning services. I really enjoyed the room cleanliness and atmosphere Kudos to Shivani for making best atmosphere.

Hotel staff Mr. Pandurang supported very well to us.very good environment and good location.Rooms are clean.Like the breakfast and food. Thanks for the support and we will definitely refer other my family members and friends. Thanks once again
