Bon Nest is in a good location, and the decor of the public places is very modern. The staff are very polite and helpful within the boundaries of what they can do. I am only giving this place a 3 because of the staff; I would not want to downplay their dedication; otherwise, it would have been less. Please, if you are going to use this hotel, make sure that you are not allocated a room near the poolside, as the noise from their bar is very bad. Almost every evening of my stay, which was over 5 nights, I had to call reception and ask when the noise would stop. One night l had to call at 23:20 to ask when the music will stop. I later discovered that l was not the only one who experienced the extremely loud music. I met a customer in the reception area and he said the same thing. In addition, they had building works, which they did not pre-warn. The banging of the roof was so bad that I called reception again and asked when the building works started and ended so I could plan my day. Unfortunately, the staff could not answer. When I checked in, it took at least three rooms before I could check in because there were gaps around the doors. These doors did not have mosquito nets on them, which can give access to mosquitoes. In summary, the place is okay, and the staff are good, but management needs to do something about the noise. At least warn people about the noise so they know the consequences of a room facing the pool area. I am not likely to stay there again.

Firstly,I am glad we have a hotel with the level of dedication to hospitality that Bon Hotel, Bodija has shown. I stayed here for a week during a trip back home, and it was a good experience. I would've given 5 stars easily but settled for 4 due to a need to change rooms 3x due to air conditioning issues, ripped mosquito net, and unacceptable bathroom condition. The good thing is that the management reached quickly. My advice will be to check these issues before allocation. The staff were way way polite to guests, which I found refreshingly unique. Customer services has t been o e of our greatest stress in Nigeria, but I would say 100% every staff member I came across made it a point of duty to be polite and respectful. Even when you ask a plumber for a cup of coffee, they will acknowledge and pass the information on to the right team. I am a strong advocate for great customer services and will say Bon Hotel has fantastic customer service, and it's evident in their staff behaviour towards guests. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and business associates and will be back again soon!

My husband and I stayed at Bon Hotel Nest Ibadan from the 10th to the 18th of February and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. This hotel and its staff exceeded all our expectations. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. Fully equipped with tea-making facilities, snacks, and bottled water, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries - toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, cotton pads, shower gel, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, all replenished daily. The only downside was the design of the shower area —when taking a shower, water tend to leak to other parts of the bathroom. This can fixed by having a full shower enclosure. Breakfast was a delight every morning, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful reminder call if you weren’t down by 9am. The food was absolutely delicious, though it would have been nice if it was for both guests instead of just one. However, I understand this is common practice in many hotels in Nigeria. From the housekeepers to the guys at gate, the canteen team, and the receptionists, every staff member was incredibly helpful without expecting anything in return. Their exceptional politeness, efficiency and attention to detail made our stay very pleasant. We had an issue with the toilet in our room one morning and by the time we returned in the evening, they had already moved us to another room—seamlessly transferring all our luggage, including an item I had forgotten on the bed. That level of service was beyond impressive. A special mention to Temitope, Okon and Funke at the front desk for their warm hospitality, and to Feranmi, Nelson and Ngozi in the restaurant. Ngozi ensured my omelette was cooked to perfection every day😋I always travel with my own coffee, but it wasn’t needed on this occasion - special shout out to ever-reliable Nelson who made me a perfect latte every morning. Overall, we had an awesome stay at Bon Hotel Nest Ibadan and we highly recommend it! We will be back!

It was an exciting few days with wonderful hosts and a manager that listens. Housekeepers were up to the task and food was exciting too The only issue which became a non issue is the disparity between online and on-site offer of food for one or two as the case may be.

I booked Bon Hotel Nest Ibadan through a friend’s wedding planner from the 18/04/24 - 21/04/24 at N70,000 per night. A phone was used to take a picture of my ID. When I asked if it was going to be deleted afterwards, I was told they maintain confidentiality/privacy, which didn’t quite answer my question but, I let it go as I was tired after a long journey. They were kind enough to assist with our bags upstairs. The environment looked good and so did the room I was in (302). However, the air conditioner was not cooling and after calls, it was looked at by maintenance but, this did not yield anything positive. It was later serviced that night which came with too much noise as they applied water pressure to service it. Two people did servicing and only one was polite enough (I believe he was an assistant) and apologised for the inconvenience. I ended up sleeping on the floor under the AC as it wasn’t still cooling well. The AC went off and on at intervals and this even affected the little cooling in the room. It was so uncomfortable that I called to have my room changed or refunded to book another hotel as the Rep I spoke to said they were fully booked. Mind you, I arrived the hotel in the evening and this call was made at almost midnight. The next morning, the cooling had gotten a lot better hence, I did not insist on changing my room nor getting a refund. My friend who came the next day, complained of same AC issue and eventually had her room changed. When I and my sister wanted to shower, there was no water. This was around past 11am. We called to complain and they said it’ll be looked into. A cleaner brought us a bucket of water which I presume he did as instructed. After my sister had her bath, I returned the bucket to be filled for myself only for the guy to get me water in a mopping bucket. When I queried him, he said he rinsed it and then went on to deny that it wasn’t a mopping bucket. (I had seen the bucket they used for their cleaning when I handed the initial bucket to them, so I knew it was a mopping bucket) I had to tell him to get me water in another bucket before he had it changed and did so. Water was restored while I was bathing. Same water situation happened the next day. My friend who was the groom also had his fair share of complaints about their service as well. Buffet was for one person so, I had my sister go for it and ordered myself Indomie and fried egg which cost N6,000. To my greatest dismay, the quantity they brought to me was only enough to feed a 3year old. In as much as it was a hotel, I didn’t expect such little quantity for the price I paid. I had buffet the next day and it was really nice. The chef(s) did excellently well. Overall, this is not a hotel I would be returning to nor will I recommend for anyone. They should do better with service provision which is what people actually pay for.

Pretty chilled space with exceptionally courteous and responsive staff. Their complementary breakfast/buffet is also really good with variety of options to choose from. The overall ambience of the place is dope and I enjoyed my stay

If I am to be frank, I give it to Bon Hotels Nest Ibadan staffs for displaying an excellent and high level of professionalism work. I stayed for 7 days and I am so happy to be with them. Kudos to all the staffs and management especially my Barman (Michael Akande) who always mixed things for me to drink. He's so articulated and lively, loaded with African historical backgrounds and cultures, I used to enjoyed my conversation with him. The staffs always go far from just discharging their duty. They make you lively, bring happiness to your life and smile on your face. The management should be so appreciated for giving them a good service training and putting those resources (staffs) together. With them, they will reach where they are going.
