He vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento. Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho. En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal.

Overall: This hotel provides a good alternative for travelers who are not looking for extensive amenities or those with early morning or late-night flights. It offers a clean and well-located stay at a reasonable price, making it a decent value-for-money option.

I had torn towels, the sheets were torn, the food still needs to be worked on, there were no cakes, there were only some creams.amenities was just soap

Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

Great location.rooms not ready until 3pm.take cases down 2 flights of stairs.beds very uncomfortable. My daughter's &2 children family room.3 single beds pushed together Other than that. Food great.for me a fussy vegetarian!! Lorena was fabulous.👍

Excelente hotel de 3 estrellas que podría tener 4 sin problema. Mucho mejor que muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas. Todo el personal es espectacular. Muy amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Nunca una mal cara. Comida muy buena y sabrosa, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Felicidades a todos!!!

Estuve en este hotel en el mes de Abril, a pesar de que la habitación que me asignaron todavía no era de las reformadas, sin embargo nada que objetar, habitación y baño limpio, personal servicio habitaciones de excelente atención y trato. Las toallas a pesar de que las dejábamos para que no las cambiasen, todos los días fueron cambiadas. El buffet de calidad normalita, variedad y ensaladas bien preparadas, la cocina bien cocinada. El personal de recepción excelente al igual que el de animación, bares, etc. Un 10 sobre 10 para el personal de este hotel, que te hacen la estancia super agradable. La situación del hotel no es perfecta, pero al paseo marítimo se llega rápido y al bus a muy poca distancia. Lo que si trataría de que la gente en el comedor cumpliese los horarios que se le asigna para no formar tanta cola. Otra cosa que no me gusto, es que el agua es de máquina y se permite a la gente ir con su botella a coger agua, eso no es higiénico El aceite del cual cogemos para aliñar las ensaladas, no esta según la reglamentación actual, las botellas tienen que estar etiquetadas y precintadas, el cliente tiene que saber que esta consumiendo, si aceite de orujo, semillas y oliva.

this hotel should be 5 stars. Room was clean, food was perfect, perfect location and friendly staff with good entertainment programs at nights. on;y weeknees I can share is taht walls in room is very thin and it cause you can hear your neighbours very easily

Just returned from a short All inclusive weekend break here . Lovely hotel , friendly staff , very clean room and communal areas. Food ok and well cooked . Good choice of drinks . Short walk to the beach and nice walk along the seafront into San Antonio. Taxi rank around the corner or the hotel can call one for you . Will hopefully come back for longer next time .

Stayed in a twin room. Room 505, clean tidy and comfortable. Wonderful Seaview’s. Staff friendly, smiling and to mention Robin on reception who was most helpful and speaks good English. Rooms cleaned once a day. Hotel immaculate Food was delicious, even though there wasn’t much vegetarian options there was loads of salads and cheeses etc The staff in the dining area were happy and smiling. 30 minute walk into San Antonio along beach front promenade. Quiet area surrounded by garden area. 2 pools one family and one adult only. Pools were cold in April, but once in it’s refreshing . Good value for money. I would go again.

Trato déspota de cara a los jubilados, en especial una de las monitoras de turismo social (la francesa no, la otra) con continuos desplantes y observaciones desautorizadas. Muy mal. Qué menos que una explicación de contenidos sin la premura de la incompetencia. Hasta nos sacó las ganas del paquete de excursiones. No volvemos, ca!

Went on our second trip to Ibiza in the summer of 2024 and was our second time at this hotel. The best but about this hotel is that it’s super clean so well done to the cleaning team and manager for prioritising the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are all super polite and clearly care about the guests. The swimming pool is a perfect temperature slightly on the more colder side. The food was fresh and really tasty especially the pizza that had some special ingredient in it that was amazing. I can’t fault this hotel as it’s good In all areas. Well done!
