雖然係最細房型 但都有露台睇到海景 酒店lobby有好靚既山水園景 雖然酒店既足湯同足砂浴感覺比較失色 但溫泉非常好 入住時有welcome drink 職員會幫忙拎行李上房同埋落黎 有酒店車定時係JR站接送非常好 酒店既兩餐都係私人個室度食 好有私隱

指宿的酒店真的選了好久，秀水園的圖片資料又少的可憐，但看網友評論會席料理是它的特色，作為吃貨的我們就抱着試一試的心態定了這家，結果！真的很喜歡！
服務：關於服務，真的是傳統日式酒店才會有的細節，從我們辦理入住後，就有一對的的服務員來接我們去温泉（私湯衹需要花100元人民幣左右），帶我們去餐廳（餐食一定要試一次，精緻美味），最驚喜的是我的拖鞋（毛拖鞋）在進門的時候被雨水打的焦濕，我還開玩笑跟老公説他們會不會看我鞋子濕的那麼透幫我烘乾呀，不然第二天我又得穿濕的鞋，結果第二天早上出門！真的烘乾了（因為有一衹變小了縮水了哈哈哈所以確定是烘乾的），然後是我們詢問任何服務他們都不會問我們是哪個房間，他們的服務員會記住我們，直接為我們安排好一切，説了這麼多還是得親自去體驗一次，哈哈。

五星級服務，車泊在停車場已經有人走出黎幫你係車搬行李，入到門口要除鞋，有人幫你放好對鞋，有welcome drink 和式係抹茶加和菓子，西式係香檳同餅乾
食完有人介紹酒店設施，有腳部熱砂，因為有樓梯，所以有人幫手搬行李上房。房間對住海景，正！
一泊兩食有另外一間房食早晚餐，
食物質素好！
Check out 時會幫我攞車到門口唔駛自己行，
總結服務周到，三千有找一泊兩食海景房抵到爛
