Hotel Viñas Queirolo

unfortunately, the reservation team needs to be more forthcoming with vineyard tour details, which start at 4 pm, and are inflexible. Despite having asked specifically 2 different Whatsapp channels provided on their web page, I was told that we would coordinate our vineyard tour on arrival. I thought that meant it was flexible. Check in starts at 3. so some of us arrived at 3.30, and were RUSHED immediately to the tour. One couple in our group arrived at 4.30 and missed the beginning of the tour, and ran out from their car (its a long drive from Lima) to join. The tour was fantastic. the hotel is wonderful, service was excellent, the rooms beautiful. But the vineyard tour is the highlight, and they are apparently keeping that secret info...All would have been just fine, we all could have easily programmed our arrival if we would have just had the information that I ASKED for.

Es un maravilloso destino escondido, nuestra estadía fue espectacular, las instalaciones y en si los viñedos son maravillosos, amamos todo, el sunset inolvidable, el personal es tan amable en todo momento y están pendiente del más mínimo detalle. Recomiendo realizar la cata en cava, una experiencia única y los vinos y el pisco excelentes. Queremos regresar pronto

Verry nice place, I will go in summer again! Everything was better than expected! The food, the wine and pisco are very good! Remarkable attention and outstanding service! Room with nice view and in excellent condition! I slept like a baby!
