장점: 이천 시장 및 시내와 가까운거리 (약 5분내외)
단점: 그 외 모든것. 물곰팡이 검팡이 담배냄새 지저분한 침구, 화장실이 투명 유리로 되어있어 너무 부담스럼고 방음 방습 전혀 안되어서 매우 습함. 금연실이 따로 없는지 방안에 담배냄새 가득하고, 창을 열면 음식점 음식냄새가 진동함.
무인 모텔이라는데 개별 주차장이 아니라서 주차가 불편함.
다 떠나서 너무 더러움. 절대비추
