"Great stay and location with lots of things to do and eat in the area. Service is always good. My only complaint is the breakfast isn’t very good and barking dogs in hallways"

"Everything was excellent. Staff, cleanliness, the room. I was surprised that there was a kitchenette with dishes. There was not a view of the river, but the nearby arena shot off fireworks and I could see those from the room! There's a coffeeshop across the parking lot, though it wasn't needed since there's coffee available in the lobby. The breakfast included hot food items and several toppings like nuts and berries for either oatmeal or yogurt. Parking was very easy. It has a pool right off the elevator. The alarm clock was easier to set than most. The mattress was very soft. I like the rug under the sofa, which I believe is intended for dogs and would be easily washable. The TV had free Showtime. I would stay there again. "

Amazing
GGuest UserTevin and Carter were very helpful when I needed to make adjustments to my reservation through a third party. It was simple and quick to make changes. Everyone at the front desk greeted us. The room was quiet, and my kids enjoyed the stay as much as I did.
GGuest UserWe have stayed here several times, and always receive friendly service. The queen room was smaller than the rooms we’ve stayed in with a king or 2 queens, but we don’t need that much room. It took us a little while to figure out how to switch from air to heat. I like that they have bottles for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The bar area is nice with happy hour specials. The chicken wings and cheese cake were good.
When we left the parking garage & submitted our validated ticket, it was rejected, but this was quickly resolved.
AAnonymous UserThey were really overpriced in their pantry and the breakfast waitress was watching us like a hawk and treated us as if we were going to steal a boel of oatmeal and 2 bowls of cereal we paid $20 to not even want after being approached like that. If you dont look the part then expect to get treated as such. Pretty disappointing for a Hilton Garden Inn. I had higher hopes about this place before checking in and probably wont be revisiting.
JJulia_1310The women at the desked helped me a lot, when I had trouble with my rental car. The room was nuce an big but this chiar was disgusting. They forgot to but towls in our room. I called in the morning, but nerver showed upand did not apologise.
SStokkeTraveling for vacation. This room was like a small apartment. It had a hot breakfast and lots of choices. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but we stayed in a Queen when we are used to a King. Staff was friendly. Would stay here agian.
GGuest UserAll and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.
MMichelle EveattThe hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, there was nothing but ice as far as amenities go. The snack station was there, but there was nothing in it to buy. There were no vending machines. The included breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and nutrigrain bars, coffee and juice.
I have attached pictures of the room. Door frames were completely broken. Door would hardly open or shut. The toilet seat was broken, the exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the smoke detector was hanging by the wires. The shower would not turn off if you tried to take a bath, and the plug did not work to keep the water in the tub when attempting to take a bath.
Most of these issues are routine maintenance items. For $87.14, I would at least except a well maintained hotel room. Room 118 was not that room.
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review.
文文水岳武穆Next to the comfort in is to provide a shuttle bus, this hotel is next to each other, the price is quite, there is no. It’s early. There is a breakfast inn next to the breakfast inn, but there is no such home. It’s not a good hotel, it’s all by the peers. Also, Ctrip's price is actually a little higher than the front desk price, but also drunk.
