A Truly Scenic and Soulful Stay at Taj Munnar Our experience at Taj Munnar was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in nature’s lap, the property offers breathtaking views, but it’s the heartfelt hospitality that truly makes it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care, Mr. Varun the general manager was extremely courteous and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for my mother who follows a strict Jain and vegan diet. Special thanks to Chef Vipin and Chef Kunal, who curated an exquisite menu tailored to her preferences every dish was not only compliant but also delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant team deserves a standing ovation. Sweta and Vinod were ensured that the entire stay was comfortable with zero hiccups! Associates Adyasha, Isha, Santu, Rajnish, Adithya, and Rustom were attentive, polite, and consistently kind always checking in to make sure we were well looked after. We’d also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Pabitra Gaya, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Mr. Praveen Kumar, the Restaurant Manager, for their constant presence, warm gestures, and personal attention to every detail. Their leadership clearly reflects in the outstanding service we received. A special mention must be made of the spa experience serene, rejuvenating, and exactly what one needs in the hills of Munnar. The therapists were professional and skilled, and the ambiance itself was peaceful and calming. It was truly a therapeutic highlight of our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable a perfect blend of luxury and serenity. Every corner of the property invites peace and reflection. Thank you, Taj Munnar, for making this trip so memorable. We left not just with beautiful photos, but with memories of kindness, comfort, and care that will stay with us for a long time.

Special mention about Head chef - Mr. Raghavan. He is one of the finest chefs we have come across. His passion towards his profession could clearly be felt through his unique dishes. Overall, He elevated our stay at Taj. Kudos to head chef Raghavan. He deserves an appreciation.
