An amazing holiday with family and friends. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for the guests particularly animation, restaurant and bar staff. They welcome you, remember names and faces and are very attentive. Emre took the time to get to know our group, encouraged the children (and adults) to join in with the animation activities and made sure the children had the best time. Cilem worked so hard at the aqua bar to make sure you had a wonderful time during the evening entertainment. The live singers and beach party was fantastic and the views and atmosphere from the rooftop bar was incredible. A la cartes were delicious and again service great! Water sports, spa experiences, photographs all available and easy to access but the staff not too pushy in trying to get you to buy things. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families!

Just done 11 nights at this hotel. And the whole hotel is fantastic. I don't understand why people give negative reviews. All the staff went above and beyond. Emre was great fun and made an effort with the kids, cilem on an evening worked her socks off and you never waited long for her to bring you a drink. The staff down at the beach bar were equally as amazing. All the a la cartes were really good, but my favourite had to be the curio (steak paid for) and the quentine, especially the veal was outstanding. Yes the buffet can be a bit samey but definitely can always find fresh cooked delicious food in there. The best bar has to be the rooftop lounge bar above the buffet restaurant. The views, the cocktails are amazing. I never normally go back to the same hotel but wouldn't discount coming back here. The only downside would be the rooms but they are clean but not overly big but that didn't bother us as we only slept in there and to get ready. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Oh and the evening entertainment was among the best I've seen at all inclusives. Thank you again to paloma oceana and all the amazing staff. They are definitely a credit to this hotel.

We stayed here for 1 week. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love this hotel. It is set in beautiful grounds. The plants and trees look beautiful. We stayed in the main hotel and our room was very spacious and was kept clean and tidy everyday the maid was very good. Maybe put a box of tissues and a pen and notebook in the room I think this is what was missing. The main restaurant was good with a good selection of different foods. We also dined at the al a carte restaurants which are lovely. We paid for the curio restaurant and it was wonderful the food was delicious and our waiter ilhan was amazing he is excellent at his job and was so friendly. There are some nice bars around the hotel and even a coffee shop that serves sandwiches and pastries that are delicious. There were plenty of sun loungers at the different pools. Lots of shops just outside the hotel. Nice to walk around at night time.

Food was really good and fresh. Pools in April are on the cold side. Hotel right in the beach which was great for our granddaughter. Loved the gardens and lush plants and palm trees. Hotel room was great except for a broken kettle which leaked hot water. We left a note telling house service that the kettle was dangerous and was broken. The note was removed when room was cleaned so we assumed kettle was replaced but it wasn’t …same kettle leaked boiling water which was very disappointing. Room patio door lock was broken so we were nervous about our granddaughter slipping out onto balcony and falling. We complained and the door was fixed the next day. Staff were very friendly and polite. There are many shops outside the hotel which was a bonus 👍 We would definitely revisit Joel but not in April as the pools are too cold. Transfer from airport was one hour going and one hour and twenty minutes return as our flight home was in rush hour. They have a drinks bar that stays open for 24 hours. Wow factor to be honest Love this hotel and want to return ❤️ Hotel has many Germans and the good news is that there were no Russians which I find are very rude . Sooo many sunbeds. Well done hotel manager for providing guest with a great choice of beds around the pool and beach. I would suggest hotel management tell the food restaurant on the beach to serve chips that can be taken away. One restaurant manager was very rude and ignored my request for takeaway chips 🍟 Overall ; had a great vacation 👏👏👏👏👏
