"I was contacting you to request a refund because the room was already different from the photos (views), and then they sold me a superior room, an embarrassing room with a bathroom with no privacy. One day they forgot to clean, and upon our notification, they only changed the towels and made the bed without making it at 8:00 PM. The welcome was with two glasses of prosecco on the reception desk. I'm honestly not happy at all; I expected so much more."

"I got a room which is at the same corridor as the hotel spa facility, which literally anyone could be walking pass my room, and the door lock of my room is broken, i have been to reception and reported the issue, given the answer that they can’t do anything about it. Phone in room not working, dirty pillowcase, hairs found on desk when we just arrived, insects dead body found next to the sink in the bathroom."

"Our second visit to this very attractive hotel in a splendid location, junior suit HB. Once again a very enjoyable visit. Good hotel great staff. Breakfast is lovely with good seating mostly outdoors, well stocked buffet plenty of choices inc Mallorcan local dishes. Can order cooked to order + very good egg chef ‍. Dinner in HB disappoints, very limited choice of courses and food itself somewhat over prepared. In two evenings I had the same cool tomato sauce with three dishes ? After two nights ( five night stay) decided to have diner elsewhere. Hotel allowed a credit of 30 Euros pppd, spent this at lunchtime. Also wine prices very high, 50, 60, 70 + euros per bottle steep."
