Excellent location, beautiful historic house in the local style of Alsace in a village. Large rooms very quiet and extremely comfortable beds. Good meals and good breakfasts. The owners are charming, reliable, available and very interesting persons.

I can only and highly recommend this place in the heart of alsace close to strasbourg, the wine road and the vosges.. The host will make your visit and stay unique: warm, welcoming with a great attention to details. The place is full of charm and the breakfast generous.. In a nutshell we enjoyed a lovely moment..

Eine Reise ins Mittelalter Die Atmosphäre, Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr fein, wir konnten sogar draussen unter dem 170 Jahre alten Kastanienbaum frühstücken. Wir waren begeistert von diesem einzigartigen Ort hier und kommen beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne wieder :)

Pénétrer dans la cour de cette ancienne ferme alsacienne, c'est entrer dans le monde enchanté de Maïté et Jacques. Avec goût et talent, ils ont réussi à préserver l'authenticité des lieux tout en nous offrant le confort moderne. Situé à Imbsheim, Au Fil Du Temps est un havre de paix remarquablement situé pour arpenter le Nord de l’Alsace. Visiter Bouxwiller, Saverne, Strasbourg (à 35 min),.. Hôtes adorables, attentifs à vos besoins et envies, d’excellent conseil ; table d’hôtes de qualité, calme absolu, cadre idyllique : que demander de plus ?

Nous revenions des vacances hivernales et nous avions choisi Au Fil du Temps pour dormir une nuit sur la route sans s'attendre à rien de spécial. Quel excellent surprise ce petit hôtel ! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, tout a été déjà préparé pour nous accueillir, ça se voyait que l'on nous attendait. On a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous avions même droit à la visite de l'ensemble de la ferme avec des explications. Le dîner fait maison à la base des produits locaux a été très bon (nous conseillons particulièrement leur apéritif à la base du sirop de sureau) et joliment servi. Nos enfants ont été très bien accueillis aussi. La chambre a été très spacieuse et décorée 'à l'ancien', nous avions l'impression de remonter dans le temps tout en ayant un confort moderne. Nous gardons de très beaux souvenirs de ce passage par l'hôtel et espérons pouvoir revenir. A recommander sans hésitation.

Tout y est réfléchi et soigné. On croirait que tout est là depuis toujours et pourtant... la restauration à été profonde et le mobilier chiné. Depuis les tuiles magnifiques jusqu'aux livre qui "traine" dans la chambre, chaque chose est a sa place. Bravo
