On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'350 m2, well-kept garden 450 m2 with lawn 300 m2, flowers. Table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna (extra). Billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service and beverage service possible on request (extra). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house.
