On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'350 m2, well-kept garden 450 m2 with lawn 300 m2, flowers. Table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna (extra). Billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service and beverage service possible on request (extra). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. The apartment is very nice, spacious and super clean. Coffee, tea and other necessities were ready. Very friendly hostess that we have seen upon receipt. Kids have a good time with the football table, billiard table in common room. Beautiful walking envir
