"I stayed at this hotel while participating in a two-day cycling race. The facilities were relatively new and the stay was comfortable. However, the check-in time was incorrect. When I arrived just before the stated check-in time of 2 PM, I was told it was after 4 PM, which was a bit of a hassle. Since I checked in early, I skipped the venue's showers, thinking I could take a bath, but the person in question was riding in the pouring rain and got dirty and soaked. My parents were supporting me without umbrellas, so their clothes were soaked and muddy... I was glad I was able to check in about an hour earlier than 4 PM, but my plans had changed and it was difficult, so I would appreciate it if you would use the correct time in the future."

"I stayed here two years ago and used the same room. There's a private outdoor hot spring bath, which I was able to relax in. The location is also great, and I was able to spend a very relaxing time."
