The room was spacious, but the sink wouldn't drain the whole way due to how it was installed With spending close to $1200 for 3 nights and finding out breakfadt isn't included, was pretty bad. To make it worse, they suggested we could go nect door to Holiday Inn for their buffet for about $8 but turned out to be $11.95!

Location suited me to where I was going. The atmosphere was terrible. Upon arrival, there was a family outside in front of the entrance so that I could not pull up and unload my car. Rooms are fine, however, the room type I booked was not given to me. I requested another room and I heard "Well, I didn't put you into the wrong type of room, the computer did", "it is our last room available" and "I didn't know what your room type was". What? For real, these comments came from a front desk attendant. Value for the room is poor. Hotels in Independence are always overpriced. Noise level is also subpar; you can hear your neighbor during active times. Parking is terrible. In regard to options provided by the "it's not my fault" clerk, I was told I could TAKE ANOTHER GUEST'S ROOM. Really? Am I going to take another guest's room? Me: "I would like to speak to a manager." Clerk: "She isn't here. I can have her call you." Me: "Okay". Manager never called. Clerk: "She will be in early tomorrow. 8:30-9am". That is not early, those are normal working hours. Called for the manager at 5:25pm, she had left around 4pm. PROS: room was clean. Kitchen is nice. Beds are crazy comfortable. Free washer and dryer (BYO soap and fabric softener). Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing. Customers should never be told any variation of "it's not my fault"—accountability is key. Additionally, management follow-up was lacking; I did not receive any email, text, or phone call.

Rude employees with no customer service skills. The room was unclean, the smell was horrible, the noise level from a group of kids playing drums on buckets outside until the late night was unacceptable (the hotel staff didn’t care and did nothing about it), the area has changed to an unsafe feeling, the parking was far from the entrance, the pool area had rust and mold on the ceiling and walls and doors, and the fridge had a horrible fish smell that the staff said was from the cleaning agent they use. Don’t stay here. Find another place. We will never stay here again.

Staff was efficient, courteous, and professional. i would stay there again and I recommend this location.

Birthday Getaway Our stay was great! Everything was so clean and everyone had great attitudes and always was of help, if needed.

We booked a studio king suite and were given a basic 2 queen room claiming there was nothing left. Friends of ours showed up after we did and they were given a king. They also did not want to honor or 4 night booking thru ******* for $669 They tried to charge us $919 claiming fees and taxes. After showing them my receipt on ******* they said that was not true because it was not honored because it was not prepaid. They eventually did go with our ******* booking, charging us $150 for incidentals.

Was there for only one night. But it was very convenient to get downtown with Lyft.. $15 is all it was. The place was clean and quiet. Perfect

Good time in Cleveland Everything you could need for a long stay - a kitchenette in suite, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar - plus conveniently located to all Cleveland attractions.

Very nice hotel

The room was nice. The only issue I had was my toilet didn’t flush, and there was still like hair on the shower walls.

Very clean and smelled fresh throughout the building

The 1-bedroom suites are the size of a condo. It was quiet, had free washer and dryer available, a stove top. The area has many good restaurants. Attached to the Holiday Inn. So, you get use of their nice workout room and pool. This is excellent for long stays.
