Walking distance to Burt Lake, the Indian River, shops, restaurants, entertainment and bike/snowmobile/ski trails. Convenient public boat launch a few blocks away on the Indian River. Inside the house you will find multiple sleeping areas that include a queen, full, two twin beds, and two sleeper sofas. A family room with plenty of room for entertainment. Lots of games, books and movies in the living room for family fun. Enjoy sitting on the deck in our peaceful backyard that includes a bonfire pit and a natural spring fountain.
